to the demands of both my professional and personal schedules, I take
private lessons from Judy Scribner, which affords me the benefit of her
guidance in a one-on-one setting. Her impressive understanding of human
anatomical and energy systems, as well as her knowledge of the discipline
of Yoga, allow Judy to assess a student's physical and energetic condition
accurately and, therein, design a course of exercises tailored to the
student's individual needs. Of equal importance, Judy utilizes the student's
imagination as a tool for achieving a deeper and more harmonious relationship
with his or her own life."

fosters a calming and safe atmosphere in her classes while interjecting
periodic humor and wit, reflective of her creative style. Whether you
are new to yoga, or an experienced student, I recommend Judy as an instructor."
